Since we moved in, progress has been a bit slow. Here are how things are looking so far.

Here is the dinning room. Its really the most put together room in the house.
This is the view of the deck from the dinning room (the door to the deck is off the kitchen). Those plywood walls on the deck are temporary.
Here is the kitchen. Looking the same...but a bit more messy :)

It is coming along nicely! I love your little tree on the side of your house, its so cute. The dining room is very pretty. Fireplace advise, I have none. But all of those stores like Home Depot or OSH will give you options and even show you how to do it yourself. Fun projects ahead! I am so proud of both of you. This is a huge accomplishment.
